Bongbishop Central
The Modepage

What can I say but It's about time I got a page up here!

I finally have a place I can call my homepage!  The next step is to leave the AOL Hell completely.  But you ask: who am I?

The AOL'ers and some of the veteran BONGsters know me as "Anandamidic the Bongbishop."  I made myself known on MTV Yack about 2 years ago by putting simple remarks like "Depeche Mode Rules!" and stuff.   The rest was history. If you still remember me by that, boy are you in for a surprise!

But who am I really?

My real name is Miguel.   I'm from LA and I'm stuck here in Jacksonville.  For those of you that don't know where Jacksonville is, it's where the Jaguars play.  Other than that, it is the world's largest hick town.  LA is where I spent my childhood at...and also where I discovered Depeche Mode.  I confess, the first time I heard of DM was in 1984 (guess which song).  In 1987 I heard this haunting freestyle sounding song.  I didn't really care for it too much until about a year later when DM re-released it.  I spent the next 4 years looking for every mix of this song.  Along the way, I got into this band.  I saw them in San Diego for the World Violation tour, then again for the Devotional Tour.  I ended up buying almost everything they ever made.  The song I was looking for was Strangelove.  Now here I am 10 years later, and when I think about it, I'm a sick MODE fan!

I've slaved over this site for the past year.  Now that it's up, I can't believe it's mine.  I hope you agree that this is one of the kewlest sites around.  This site will be eternally a work in progress.  But for now, I got my Depeche page done.

Yeah, I'll admit this main page is a bit dull but it gets better the more you click around here! Start Here, there's more to come as soon as I type it up!
